• Conduct regular visits to the field (project sites) to carry out process monitoring as well as gather feedback from the beneficial communities about the implemented projects and damages recorded and submit a detail report about the activities. Maintaining confidentiality of staff payroll and insurance as well as administration.
• Support the Damage Assessment Manager as well as other senior Managers in all data collection, analysis and learning activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish of the project.
• Prepare and maintain data base.
• Submit database to my superior (Assessment Manager) for subsequent payment of the damages.
