• Review channel and customer-specific point-of-purchase trade plans and provides feedback on consistency with marketing plan.
• Develop growth targets, business objectives and brand strategies for the assigned brand.

• Manage all advertising and store promotions, general marketing activities, the loyalty programs, New Product launches, and in store visual merchandising, ensuring that any initiatives suggested by the parent brand in France are fully understood and implemented where practicable

• Grow and develop a motivated, proactive sales team in stores.
• Develop training programs and keep them up-to-date to ensure that salesmen are knowledgeable about the Company brand, and so that they can confidently talk to customers about the features and benefits of each product and range.
