JOB PROFILE:
•Preparation and Finalization of Accounts
•Working on and generating Invoices to the suppliers of the organization
•Preparing Financial Statement of the organization with
•Analysis of the payments to be made to the assignees on an assignment.
•Processing salaries of the employees working in the industry.
•Handling Central Mailbox and replying to the various queries relating to finance.
•Handling Accounts and Administration work relating to both the companies.
•Reviewing the invoices received from Suppliers for the accuracy of the fee and approving for payment.
•Follow up with the Customers/Franchisee requesting them to bill us monthly for the service provided.
•Preparing of bill for various services provided to Customers and Franchisee and invoicing them for payment.
•Answering all the questions of the client with regards to the financials.
•Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to Finance Manager.
•Preparing Ad hoc reports as per management requirements.
•Maintaining books of accounts
•Preparing and maintaining Services provided and Service received records in Excel Sheets.
•Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
