• Issue Receipt/Invoices against their Purchase.
• Collecting Receivables from Salesmen or Credit Customers
• Issue Receipt for the all Receivables.
• Arrange for deposit cash in the bank each day.
• Arrange for Deposit of Matured Cheques.
• Handling Petty Cash
• Preparing Petty Cash voucher and submit to the Accounts Department.
• Follow up Credit Customers’ for outstanding payment.
• Prepare Daily Sales report.
• Reporting to the Account Department
• Answer Customer queries professionally, either person or over the phone.
• Keep all Cash and Cheques in my safe custody
