In my most recent assignment with Mackenzie Investments I was part of a client services department dedicated to providing informational services to participants in the mutual funds industry, both financial advisors and investors. Performing as an intermediary between fund company investors and our processing department, I have gained thorough exposure to trade protocols, document handling, transactional procedures, account maintenance, and departmental policies. I have also acquired experience in providing support services while adhering to quality measures, and developed technical capacities by utilizing internal data systems.

Completed Level 1 and currently a Level 2 candidate in the CFA Program.
