Review and implement project specifications, ITPs, method statements, and quality control procedures.

Conduct inspections for civil works (concrete, steel reinforcement, finishing, waterproofing, masonry, plaster, tiling, structural works, etc.) as per approved drawings and standards.

Ensure compliance with project quality standards, codes (ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO, SASO, etc.), and client requirements.

Maintain quality documentation, including RFI logs, inspection records, calibration reports, and as-built documents.

Ensure work is carried out safely, complying with HSE regulations along with quality requirements.

1.Preparation and review of Material submittals, Method statements, ITPs and other QA/QC documentation.
2.Conducting internal inspections and instructing the site team to rectify the work in case of poor workmanship
3.Raising material and work inspections (MIR/WIR) and coordinating with consultant QC for inspections and approval
4.Preparation of project specific quality plans.
5.Handling other QA/QC documents such as certificates, test reports, non-compliance reports.
6.Monitoring of logs such as (MIR, WIR, NCRs, SORs, Material submittals, Method statements )
7.To ensure that materials and work done at site comply with specified requirements, Preparation of daily / Monthly QA/QC reports

1. Performing pre inspections before Raising of work inspection to the consultant QC.

2. Raising of material inspection once the material is delivered to site.

3. Prepare NCR reports to QA/QC Manager and assist in developing corrective actions

4. To ensure that materials and work done at site comply with specified requirements.

5. Preparation of daily / Monthly QA/QC reports

6. Updating logs (WIR, MIR, NCR, SOR).

7. Preparing daily quality report (DQR)

8.Issuing NCRs and SORs to sub-contractors if found material or work done at site is deviated.
