Working as a Freelance-Architect for a period of more than 2 year with a total of 32 no of projects that includes Residential, Commercial as well as Renovation. We work in and around Kerala and also work as a Consultant for a Qatar Architect.
-Provided full complement of construction documents for commercial, residential & renovation project.
-Collaborated directly with clients, providing final drafts that met 99% of client specification within deadlines.
-Provide 2d and 3d design presentation including Walkthrough videos.
-Worked as a consultant for blue marine mall, payyanur, kerala \[1, 00, 000 sq.ft\] & covered exterior & interior design architecture.
-Design coordination with contractor, labor & other departments on the site and participated in material selection.
-Site supervision and inspection done on various construction site.
