Coordination with suppliers of various materials while detailing shop drawings.
Preparing working drawings, shop drawing, construction drawing and as-build drawing.

1) Handle local & International purchase and payment related issues.
2) Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
3) Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
4) Arrange material on the site at a time.
5) Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
6) Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
7) Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
8) Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
9) Arranging documents and drawings for the general approval from the Client, Constant, Other government sector Municipality, Civil Defense etc.
10) Taking appointment from the Civil Defense for the site Inspection.
11) Hand over the project on time.Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
12) Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
13) Ensures project completion in time and within budgeted cost.
14) Reviewing my own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
15) Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
16) Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
