Duties Involved: Providing the best performance for the customers and filling their queries, Data entry with accurate details, Maintaining office files, Processing visa applications (New Visa, Renewal Visa, Cancellation, Visa Transfer and Change Status…. etc in E-Form, Issuing immigration letters (Salary, Liquor, Change Profession, Driving), Working in the medical section to provide the medical appointments for the clients and update them if there are any incomplete tasks in the medical center, Communicating with other departments to ensure all tasks been completed without any delay
