Job Responsibilities
➢ Buying and selling foreign currencies
➢ Managing all the cash transactions in their workplace.
➢ Monitor daily ongoing market currency rate and decide the buying and
selling rate for each currency to attract new customers /retain existing
customers ensuring maximum profitability for the company safeguarding
customer service
➢ Maintain an extensive report on daily, weekly, and monthly transactions
➢ Maintains confidentiality of customer account information
➢ Responsible for processing of account opening applications for our
overseas correspondents banks
➢ Respect and comply with AML rules policy and procedures of the
company at all times
➢ Promote new products and services introduced by the company to the
customer
➢ Assist in branch work process as per the direction from
