Project : QS001-P03 Roads & Infrastructure in Doha Industrial Area - Package
Project Description: Construction of Arterial and Collector roadwork, including removal
of existing pavement, excavation, embankment and pavement construction.
Site clearance, removing abandoned vehicles and other heavy and light discarded
materials including disposal of any contaminated material with the roads right of way
* Traffic management during construction and access to existing developments.
* HV/MV/LV diversion and protection.
* Signing and road marking.
* Construction of new Storm water/ground water drainage network.
* Construction of new Foul sewerage network.
* Reinstatement of local roads above areas with newly installed foul or surface
water.
* Construction of street lighting and traffic signals
* Direct and supervise all site personnel and subcontractors.
* Ensure that all civil & infrastructure activities are well planned and coordinated
* Oversee manpower, equipment, and materials to sustain the work efficiency
* Carry out inspections to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and
requirements
* Provides technical advises to resolve problems.
* Coordinate with PM for procurement of tools and materials to conform to the
workloads, plans and schedules.
* Review reports from Superintendents, and advise on corrective actions if project
becomes behind schedule or over the budget
