Interact with passengers on a daily basis, answering questions and resolving related issues.
By helping passengers claims and answering questions about their reservations, necessary action to avoid any service lapse in the future.

Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.
Examining expenses submitted by employees.
Keeping an eye on incoming payments from account receivable and outgoing payments from account payable.
Creating company financial reports with the above information included.
Analysing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue.
