• Responsible for checking incoming raw materials (from different mines) quality as per company standard.
• Provide Safe Working Procedure for the operation of different plants-Crushing plant, Milling Plant.
• Performing routine site inspection with regards to safety and quality.
• Doing risk assessment before the start of any new task or before any new installation work.
• Performing safety audit of production as well as mining sites of own company.
• Providing Material Safety Data Sheet along with Quality test report to Sales department to be given to customer with the product.
• Assuring physical and chemical properties of product made within specified limit.
• Interacting with customer if any complain comes regarding quality.
• Giving technical support to customers.
• Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of various Laboratory equipments such as XRF spectrometer, Rapid mill, Press, Dryer etc.
• Documentation of all quality records and sending weekly report to GM operation.
• Giving instruction to lab chemist for various testing related jobs.
• Taking part in Safety Week and other safety training program
• Conducting safety meeting on Serious Six and PPE on daily basis.
• Perform daily and documented periodic Safety inspection at work site to identify report and correct unsafe condition. Monitors the Implementation of the requirements.
• Develop and present safety training modules, includes safe lifting operations, signal/Bank man and rigging.
• To detect, identify, analyze, control, eliminate and recognize hazardous acts, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions
• Weekly & monthly reports submission.
• JSA for each activity for applying PTW.
• Developed and implemented emergency response procedures and emergency provisions which include fire-fighting facilities, communication system, escape rules, alarm system and rescue team.
• Conducted audits and advised management on improvements to assist in establishing a Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Management System.
• Responsible for development of all HSE Training; Safety Induction, Training Course Training for Supervision and Managers, Work place site safety training.
• To check the status of fire extinguisher.
• To carry out risk assessment before the start of project or any new task
• To carry out risk assessment of any newly brought machines or vehicles.
• To take part in 5S work.
