Duties/Responsibilities:
1.Plans, organizes and directs through staff involved in information technology
2. Supervisory duties include the following:-
a) Staffing
b) Career development and performance management
c) Training and development
3. Manages information technology infrastructure, architecture, systems, networks, software and resources across multiple platforms.
4. Coordinates problem solving, conflict resolution, escalations, restart and recovery
5. Meets and consults with customers and vendors regarding service delivery needs.
6. Prepares or supervises the preparation of special studies and reports
Overall technical in charge of the NIIT center of KDS information Technologies Ltd. situated in Chittagong.
Responsible for smooth network and system functions of the center.
Conducting Technical and IT Seminars arranged by NIIT.
Planning batches, schedule, resource utilization and technical activities monthly.
Conducting classes of Network Engineering and Software Engineering diploma batches (java, j2ee, xml, RDBMS, MS SQL 2000, ASP, TCP/IP etc.)
Manpower utilization and recruitments
Reviewing and preparing reports on technical activities.
Conducting classes of Network Engineering and Software Engineering batches as well as for corporate batches.
Administering network and the system of the center.
Maintaining CRUX, a software that provides solution to the administrating, accounts and students related requirements and is used at all NIIT Centers world wide.
