Description: It’s an advance version of the AMEX, core application of Al Ansari Exchange containing modules Remittance, Credit Card, Bill Payments, Wage Protection System(WPS), Western Union, Membership Card Mgmt, FCY (Foreign Currency) and Reporting (Jasper Reports).
Responsibilities:
• Lead the team, analyzed the business requirement, defined and design the business process as per the operational setup required by the Operation Department and Business Department.
• Designed, implemented the functional and technical workflow for Wage Protection System(WPS) as per Central Bank of UAE Specification.
• Analyzed and designed the business and process flow for the requirement received from various departments and making it available to end users.
• Lead and supervised the team in analyzing the issues, fixing it at database and application level.
• Provided Application Support to branches and different department as well as resolving technical and business related issues.
• Writing ad-hoc queries based on schema knowledge for various reporting requirements. Writing / Tuning data ingestion procedures from external suppliers and partners using PL/SQL, SQL loader, 3rd party tools e.g. Toad, SQL Developer etc.
• Designed and developed Jasper Report using IReport Designer tool.
• Provided and generated report as requested using TOAD and SQL Developer.
• Performed unit testing, End to End process testing, User-level testing and prepared the test cases.
