• Leading Cost optimization programs and developing short and long term strategies for the business to maintain a reasonable cost profile and maximum reliability of assets
• Oversee and continuously monitor financial and operational performance, to ensure delivery of defined scorecard targets.
• Independently manage multiple accounts and own/grow mid to senior-level relationships with OEMS and stakeholders
• Acting as internal account manager within Aggreko and liaising with regional ops to maintain operational compliance and ensure accurate cost behavior

• Involved in negotiating and commercial modeling contracts in accordance to the expected costs and strategies
• Maintaining strategies of assets cost saving globally
• Provide forecast on predicted costs of the current operational models globally
• Work closely with Technical and finance departments to create benchmark for the business in terms of commercial behavior of the assets
• Promotes and ensures compliance with Aggreko policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Reviews, proposes revisions and drafts supply chain and amendment to existing contracts, agreements, appendixes, etc. as deemed necessary
• Providing “on the ground” support to our projects that includes negotiating and finalizing any ongoing disputes regarding Contract’s T&Cs with our suppliers. Addressing issues as they arise and before they are escalated.
• Management and tracking of Long-Term Service Agreement Costs
• Managing each project account: liaising with the regional finance teams and ops teams
• Ensure effective collaboration with finance, Legal and Supply Chain to achieve strategic KPIs on commercial and revenue management.

• Commercially Managing OEM contracts and ensures compliance of contract terms and conditions
• Creating and maintaining strategies of cost saving and fully utilizing contracts
• Ensures Aggreko are in contract compliance with supplier(s) and internal administrative procedures;
• Promotes and ensures compliance with Aggreko policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations;
• Reviews, proposes revisions and drafts supply chain and amendment to existing contracts, agreements, appendixes, etc. as deemed necessary
• Providing “on the ground” contract support to our projects that includes negotiating and finalizing any ongoing disputes regarding Contract’s T&Cs with our suppliers. Addressing issues as they arise and before they are escalated.
• Management and tracking of Long-Term Service Agreement Costs - flat rate vs planned & unplanned costs.
• Managing each project account: liaising with the regional finance teams
• Preparation and submission of the Regional / Project Monthly Dashboards - creation and tracking of performance indicators associated with each contract
• Negotiating and executing supply chain and materials demands, supporting the Operations and Project Management Teams
• Work closely with inventory team to ensure bills of materials are updated and maintained based on actual material consumption data.
• Provide forecast on predicted run hours and materials planning ensuring order coverage is in place.
• Work closely with the inventory team to identify materials - slow moving stock - opportunity to move materials across projects.
• Develop and Deliver Contractual Awareness training across the Regional & Project teams

• Lead the Establishing of the Tendering and contracting Procedures.
• Supervising Tenders, Vendors, Tendering analysis and Vendors evaluation.
• Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
• Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussions, and obtain senior management input on timelines and deliverables.
• Review contractual performance of parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.
• Structuring new contracts after awarding a Tender with the help of the In-House Lawyer.
• Following up financial model and making sure that the cost of the construction won’t exceed the Planned Budget.
• Preparing hedging plans and following the hedging contract.
• Following up Construction and Financing Contracts.
• Following up procurement requisitions related to Materials and Equipment of the Site work.
• Working closely with the project & construction groups for making sure that the Milestones and payments match.
• Attending Technical Meetings to make sure that the technical matters won’t exceed the financial limits.
• Following up Tax Exemption related matters.
• Following up payments to the Sub-contractors and making sure that they are correct.
• Follow up Company’s agreements (O&M agreement, Power Purchase agreement, Water supply agreement, Land Lease Agreement, Mine Agreement and Implementation Agreement ….etc.) and making sure that the contracts terms are fully addressed.
• Leading the Commercial Department and making sure all contracts and POs and in order whether it’s the documentation side or/and the financial limits side.
• Prepares a monthly Commercial Performance analysis reports.
• Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost target

• Tracking monitoring and analyzing Key technical performance Indicators of the Plant (Heat Rate, KPIs, CEMS and AQMS).
• Analyze the plant performance and efficiency, with respect to the plant fuel demand model (FDM), to take preventive or corrective actions and prepare & submit the related report(s)
• Works as a member of the Plant O&M team, to make continuous improvements to safety, plant efficiency, plant output and availability.
• Follow up Company’s agreements (O&M agreement, Power Purchase agreement, Water supply agreement, and Fuel supply agreement….etc.).
• Prepare and submit the monthly bills to the Project’s Owner
• Prepares and implements the plant performance monitoring and optimization strategy
• Prepares a daily, weekly, monthly plant performance report, as per International best practice, with technical guidance to optimize plant performance and operating costs (fuel, water, electricity, chemicals, equipment degradation)
• Provides day-to-day technical guidance to the O&M team, in order to optimize plant performance and to take preventive and /or corrective actions
• Identifies plant performance improvement projects and prepares techno-economic assessments based on PWPA and FDM framework for the same, for submission to the project company/shareholders
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual net dependable capacity test (NDCT)
• Managing and coordinating work groups according to weekly schedules on daily basis
• Review and accept pre-commissioning testing completed by contractors.
• Working closely with the project & construction groups for punch listing, system walkthrough's, handover and acceptance of systems.
• Representing the company in weekly and monthly meetings,
