PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring that all Mechanical site activities (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) being conducted under controlled conditions as per approved shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan. Execution and supervision of all MEP works from excavation to handling overall project and Execution of work as per IFC Drawing, shop Drawings, method statement, Material approval request and Technically assisting to Senior Mechanical engineer in technical issues and trouble shooting at the time of testing and commissioning of particular services. Preparation and submission of schedules and progress reports and Preparation of Coordination Drawings, As Built Drawings and red line mark out as per site conditions for Coordination Meetings Organized by Clients and Consultants. Coordinating with main contractor's MEP Section Manager for civil issues, Site Change Request(SCR) or Request for Information(RFI) and communicating with clients and consultants and Raising the site inspection request for consultant's approval. Ensuring quality control and quantity Estimating and work is being executed without wastage of material. Coordinating the handover of Completed works (Priority / Zone wise) to client and completion of necessary Rectification works.
