Overall Financial operations and reporting requirements on behalf of the Company. Completion
of financial reporting, manage fiscal responsibilities, establish accounting policies and practices
to ensure accurate and timely financial statements as well as draw budgets and forecast activities.

• Responsible for maintaining proper books of accounts.

•Submit the ratio analysis, cash flow, fund flow, trading, profit and loss account and balance sheet to the “Chief Financial Officer” / to the management by the 10th of every month…

•Completing the profit and loss A/c and all balance sheet entries by passing all the relevant entries at the end of every month with regards to the provision, prepaid expenses, sale of any asset, depreciation, employees leave salary, gratuity, receivables.

•Checking of bank balances every day and monitor it to avoid any return of cheque and also to maintain cash flow and cash requirements.

•Preparing and sending L/C drafts to the suppliers for the confirmation, opening of various various sight & deferred payment L/C’s, bank Guarantee such as Labour guarantee, Advance Payment guarantee and performance bond guarantee.

• Liaise with banks and the relationship managers regarding the letter of credits, bank guarantees,
availed & available facility bank facility and any other information concerning the account and liaise with auditors for obtaining financial reports.

• Dealing with shipping activities LC and various documents (such as bills of lading certificate
of origin) and coordinating with the clearing agents.

•All Bank, supplier, stores & warehouses statements, to be checked and reconciled with the Books every month.

• Preparation of Payment vouchers, Payment Certificates, Cheques and supplier invoices
with supporting documents like Purchase orders, delivery notes, store receipt vouchers etc and getting the approvals from the concerned department.

•Monitor bank facilities including Trust Receipt Loan (T/R), project facilities and transferring
the funds from one account to another on the basis of balance and requirements.

• Preparation of budgets for every month and project finance facilities based upon new bank
facilities with the coordination of CFO.

• Preparation of fixed assets registers after by calculating the depreciation every month and
annual leave pay & end of service benefits towards the settlement of employees.

• Renews business, insurance by scheduling values including personal and real property, vehicles
computers, media and accounts receivables.

•Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Approves supplier disbursements for all the credit suppliers after carefully examining each and
every invoice with the supplier statement and see to it that no double payment is made to any
supplier in order to ensure continuous supply of materials since any shortage of material will
lead to loss of customers.

• Meets accounting financial standards by providing accounting department annual budget
information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

• Checking and monitoring the Tenancy Contract and lease contracts, electricity, telephone and
other utilities accounts \[incl. of unauthorized usage\] and arrange the payment on-time, & ensure supply.

• Other miscellaneous works such as managing & verification of petty cash, as per standard
procedure.

• Ensuring prompt invoicing of sales, completion by 31st of every month.

• Preparing the payroll of the company and processing through Wage protection system.

• Any other duties as required as per the instructions of the Chief Financial Officer.
