• Processing residence visa/work permit renewals on timely manner/when needed.
• Coordinate with finance to maintain sufficient funds in the online systems and also report to finance with the transactions posted on a daily basis.

• Handled customers’ shipments and inquires and trained to reach up-selling targets via offering Insurance, Pro-Active Delivery Notification, Time Definite Express \[TDX\] & Packing services.
• Learnt various types of DHL Express shipping services provided in the Egyptian market.
• Report to my seniors and request information regarding unique customer packages/parcels.
• Gained knowledge about country-specific restrictions for importing/exporting some items like, for example: medicine into the KSA, toys into the USA and communication equipment into Egypt.
