Evaluating and troubleshooting equipment performance and mechanical issues, collaborating in a team to implement solutions for maintenance reliability, managing equipment repairs, upgrades, and complex installations, supervising mechanical crews when needed, identifying potential hazards and participating in job safety analysis for all high-risk activities related to regular maintenance, planned shutdowns, and emergency maintenance, maintaining records/history sheets of all equipment and analyzing data, preparing maintenance budgets and submitting them for approval, and developing an annual preventive maintenance master plan.
Maintain a safe work environment, prepare maintenance progress reports, handle spare parts
allocations, perform equipment repairs, coordinate with other engineers, control costs, design training programs, and participate in resolving discipline-related matters.
Participate in developing annual equipment maintenance programs, provide technical supervision for executing the annual maintenance plan for all equipment under Agricultural Engineering Department (AED), coordinate and organize activities within the unit, prepare daily work programs for maintenance jobs, oversee daily maintenance execution, ensure efficient capacity utilization, high work quality, and adherence to quality specifications. Additionally, responsible for weekly maintenance schedules, timely resource availability, supervising technicians, maintaining records, implementing training programs, making training recommendations, conducting annual appraisals, and preparing the annual budget proposal for the unit.
Responsible for designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. also ensure that equipment is functioning correctly by fitting new parts, conduct quality inspections on jobs, monitor and control maintenance costs, diagnose breakdown problems, perform routine scheduled maintenance, and manage stocks of supplies and equipment's.
Planning and executing scheduled maintenance, promptly addressing breakdowns, diagnosing equipment faults, performing repairs, supervising engineering and technical staff, procuring specialist components, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, creating maintenance procedures, and efficiently handling stocks of supplies and equipment.
Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance. also maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, while developing personal growth opportunities. Additionally, monitor work flow, set processing variables, observe control points and equipment, implement cost reductions, and foster cooperation within and between departments. My responsibilities include scheduling personnel, establishing priorities, revising schedules, and reporting production results. ensure quality service, evaluate equipment, compile production records, create and revise systems, and maintain a safe work environment.
