troubleshooting User access problems with trace, SU53, ST01 and RSECADMIN T-codes.
· Creating OSS Message, Open OSS Connections to SAP for Security/GRC 5.3 issues for resolutions
in Market Place & Resolved Major issues in GRC 5.3 by coordinating with SAP upon raising OSS
Messages.
· Worked on CAD Approver Changes in GRC 5.3 for maintaining FF Reviewer and Controllers.
· Raising CUP request for User Creation, Change User, Reactivation, Deactivation, Unlock or Lock
of User account, Firefighter request and SPM review request in GRC 5.3.
· Mass Role uploading/Changing approvers for roles/Disabling Roles/Creating Roles in GRC CUP
etc…
· GRC Background Job Scheduling for Role, profile and user sync whenever required in GRC 5.3.
· Monitoring Connectors on weekly basis in GRC 5.3 like testing connections are successful or not.
Experience on User administration - 24/7 on call production support, quick turnaround for end
user requests, and Helpdesk support.
· Analysing missing authorization objects for the users using SU53, ST01 transaction to assign
required roles.
· Running Monthly reports for Users Locking and Deactivation procedures.
