• Conduct site visits daily to follow up on progress in contractor work and guide the work.

• Follow the agreed-on plan of action, implement the project according to schedule, and report any
delays and deviations immediately.
• Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories and documenting the
project (Reports + pictures and video) to show the programs mechanism.
• Participate in the Water surveillance measurements and sampling and train the WASH committees.
• Develop and maintain contacts and good relationships with the community leaders and
beneficiaries, cooperate with government institutions (Local Water and Sanitation Company,
GARWP - General Authority for Rural Water Projects - and Water Cooperation), WASH Cluster
and its sub-cluster representations at different levels, other non-governmental organizations, as well
as represent the project/program in front of the beneficiaries and inform them on project activities.
