- Prepare plan /budget for logistics Section and ensure to apply them.
- Design and develop procedure and work instruction.
- provide clear direction, prioritize tasks assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the logistics Section
- Supervise the facilities maintenance, offices, layout, and parking.
- Ensure maintenance function of all office equipment.
- Supervise ticketing services, hotel reservation and review invoices and recommend for approval / payment.
- Recruits and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a better price while maintaining the code of ethics and conduct
- Collaborate with operations in planning activities to deliver products on time

- Control of warehouses and movement.
- Responsibility of vehicles and movement and maintenance and follow-up official papers.
