• Plan Equipment Location and Submit Duct Drawings accordingly.
• Discussing the Air-conditioning design with architects and providing the solutions
• Preparing heat load calculation sheets, duct design, pipe designing
• VRF piping and duct design of the site w.r.t company standards
• To co-ordinate with draft man and complete Project drawings & get approved by concerned Architect and Clients and plan Air-conditioning system.
• Managing workmen and allotting the works in organized manner for smooth flow of work.
• Inspection of work at regular intervals and co-ordination with Engineers.
• Submitting bill of quantities of high side and low side works.
• Handing over Project and Collection of Balance Payment.
