Responsibilities handled:
Conducting tool box talk prior to start the work
Preparing STARRT card on every task begin
Check the work permits and additional work permits like hot work, work at height and confined space
Fill out the daily site activity checklist and report to the manager
Checking the machinery and power tools and prepare the reports if it is damaged or need for an maintenance
Update the color code for all electrical tools, hand tools and safety harness and lanyards
Look out the unsafe acts and prevent the workers from the incident and accident
Implement the safe work procedures at site
Displaying the required signage around the site and make awareness to the workers
Conducting the monthly inspection for all fire extinguishers and action taken accordingly
Preparing weekly progress report and report to hierarchies
Arranging welfare facilities to the employees
Project: Construction of Tidal Park which is a multi storey building (IT Infrastructure)
1. Recommending for implementation systematic and risk-free methods of performing jobs to avoid accidents.
2. Controlling and initiating permit to work system.
3. Conducting HSE audits at the labor camps and closely following up with the management on the implementation of the audit recommendations.
4. Supervising and controlling waste disposals and environment pollution. Planning and taking necessary measures to secure environmental pollution protection for the company.
5. Participating in the control of clean-up operations.
6. Inspects all safety equipment to ensure that they are in proper condition.
7. Implementation of HSE policies.
8. Investigation of accidents and preparation of accident injury reports
9. Preparing an independent assessment report on the causes of accident and submitting recommendations to avoid recurrence in future.
10. Conducted surprise checks to ensure compliance.
11. Inspecting of all kinds of Fire protection equipments
12. Supervising and controlling waste disposals and environmental pollution
