Supervise the warehouse, shipping, and receiving. Ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on-time to the customer. Conducting cycle counts, Worked with SAP implementation team to integrate from ERP and preparing procedures for the companies’ new system. Create new metrics to track, evaluate, and improve warehouse productivity. Promote housekeeping to ensure a safe and accident free working environment. Supervise all pick and inbound/ outbound operation. Manage workload activities in the absence of the Warehouse Manager. Tracking all associates hours and warehouse pickers.
