• Prepare and implement Method Statements (MS), Inspection & Test
Plans (ITP), Material Approval Requests (MAR), Material Inspection
Requests (MIR), and quality-related documentation in accordance with
project specifications and approved standards.
• Review material submittals, technical documents, and quality records
prior to consultant submission and approval.
• Conduct site inspections for civil and infrastructure works to ensure
compliance with approved drawings, specifications, Method Statements,
and quality requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, subcontractors, and site
engineers for timely inspection approvals and closure of quality
comments.
• Monitor construction activities including excavation, compaction,
concrete works, utilities, roadworks, backfilling, and finishing activities.
• Verify that all incoming and installed materials comply with approved
specifications and project quality requirements.
• Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with approved ITPs,
project procedures, and applicable standards.
• Monitor calibration status of testing equipment and ensure availability of
valid calibration certificates.
• Conduct quality surveillance inspections and participate in internal and
external quality audits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports highlighting inspection
status, SOR; NCR, corrective actions, and overall quality performance.
• Identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective and
preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, MOT Specifications and Saudi
Building Code (SBC) requirements.
• Perform snagging and de-snagging inspections during project close-out
and handover stages.

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials to ensure compliance with
approved submittals, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Inspect stormwater, sewer, and utility installations including pipe
alignment, bedding, invert levels, and jointing works.
• Prepare and maintain WIRs, MIRs, NCR logs, transmittals, inspection
reports, and QA/QC documentation.
• Monitor construction activities through regular site inspections to ensure
compliance with approved Method Statements, and Inspection & Test
Plans (ITP).
• Perform inspections for excavation, compaction, Field Density Tests (FDT),
reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, waterproofing, and
backfilling works.
• Witness concrete activities including slump tests, air content tests,
concrete temperature monitoring, and sampling procedures.
• Ensure proper concrete placement, vibration, curing, and finishing in
accordance with approved standards and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and third-party laboratories for
testing and quality verification activities.
• Verify quality compliance of raw materials including aggregates, cement,
asphalt, and concrete materials.
• Monitor site workmanship and ensure all activities are executed in
accordance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports reflecting inspection
activities, NCR status, and site quality observations.
• Participate in quality meetings and assist in resolving quality-related
issues through corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI and project quality requirements.

• Implement QA/QC procedures for infrastructure works including utilities,
Road works, and concrete activities.
• Conduct inspections in accordance with approved drawings, project
specifications, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Review and process Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection
Requests (MIR), and Work Inspection Requests (WIR) prior to consultant
inspections.
• Perform inspections for excavation, subgrade preparation, sand bedding,
utility installation, manholes, backfilling, concrete works, and asphalt
paving activities.
• Verify compliance of materials, mix designs, laboratory test reports, and
material approvals with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Monitor soil compaction, moisture control, FDT testing, concrete testing,
and asphalt testing activities.
• Inspection of reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, curing, and
finishing activities to ensure quality compliance.
• Monitor asphalt paving activities including surface preparation,
temperature control, layer thickness, compaction, and smoothness
requirements.
• Identify quality non-conformances and implement corrective and
preventive actions to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Ensure compliance with MOT Specifications, ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, and
Saudi authority requirements.

• Inspect incoming materials in accordance with approved submittals,
project specifications, and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including WIRs, MIRs, IRs,
transmittals, and inspection logs.
• Conduct site inspections as per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITP),
Method Statements, and project specifications.
• Perform inspections for excavation, compaction, Field Density Tests
(FDT), reinforcement, formwork, waterproofing, and backfilling works.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients for approval of
completed works and closure of inspection comments.
• Monitor contractor workmanship, site activities, and material installations
to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain project quality records for final
handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI standards, and project quality
procedures throughout project execution.
