 Responsible for quality issues related with Design deliverables and design control planning.
 QA Supervision of Engineering Contractor, Engineering / Design review procedures and quality control points.
 Responsible for Procurement Quality Process, Procedures (MRs, TBEs, ARs, POs, IAPs, PIMs)
 Preparation of Quality Audit schedules and conducting internal audits for 15% and 60% Design, Procurement and Construction phases.
 Responsible to manage quality inspections and quality deliverables in the EPM
 Preparation and Maintenance of Project Quality Procedures, Review Project Quality Plan for various Vendors & Fabricators.
 Reviewing & approving quality documents & Aramco submittals (Monthly Management Reports, Material Status reports, Two-week look ahead schedules, NCR summary reports).
 Responsible for weekly QC meetings, PMT Coordination meetings, Monthly Management meetings and for site coordination meetings.
 Review approval of Sub-contractors QCPs, ITPs, Quality Procedures and Material Technical Submittals.
 Preparation of Audit schedules, conduct internal audits and Quality Management Review reports
 Preparation of Material status reports, Vendor Inspections & all PQI submittals (procurement & construction), QA/QC Statistics.
 Responsible to drive all quality functions and team as per the project specifications, Aramco standards, and Schedule-Q requirements.
 Preparation of Quality Control Plans, Procurement plan, ITPs & Inspection Schedules.
 Preparation of Audit schedules, conduct internal audits and Quality Management Review reports
 To make sure that all inspections activities of main and sub-contractors are performed as per the schedule.
 Review and final evaluations of Material Submittals, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders of all inspect able material.
 Review & approval of Quality Procedures, WPS & Material technical appraisals.
 Preparation of PQI submittals (procurement & construction), QA/QC Statistics and Construction Quality Index(CQI)
 Review and evaluations of final disposition reports, Vendor inspection records.
 Responsible for Quality issues & concerns of all disciplines including Mechanical / Piping, Welding, Civil & Electrical.
 To assign only qualified and Aramco approved QC personnel on site and to provide training, competency for continual improvement of quality.
 Responsible for weekly QC meetings, PMT Coordination meetings, Monthly Management meetings and for site coordination meetings.

• Responsible to meet Procurement schedules and milestones.
• Discuss challenges & issues with procurement team.
• Vendor/Supplier evaluations and technical appraisals.
• Vendor Assessments and final Qualifications per Aramco & Industry standards.
• Identify & Implement Solutions to procure good quality Parkson products.
• Define interface of responsibilities between MENA and US office Proc. Team.

• Review equipment requirements and RVL with Parkson supply chain.
• Develop various sourcing strategy form quality & cost reduction standpoints.
• To assign only qualified and Aramco approved QC personnel on site and to provide training, competency for continual improvement of quality.
• Preparation of Quality Control Plans, ITPs & Inspection Schedules.
• QA Supervision of Engineering contractor, QA Supervision of Major package vendors and Fabricator
• Reviewing & approving quality documents & Aramco submittals (Monthly Management Reports, Material Status reports, Two-week loook ahead schedules, NCR summary reports).

• Responsible for Quality issues & concerns of all disciplines including Mechanical/Welding & NDT.
• Reviewing & approving ITPs, Inspection schedules, NCR & Weld reject rate reports, Hydrotest and Tie-in packages of Oil Storage tanks & Shipping lines.
• Review & appraval of Quality Procedures, WPS & Tank repair procedures.
• Responsible for weekly QC meetings, PMT Coordination meetings, Monthly Management meetings and weekly Telephonic Conference for all sites.
• Final approvals for contractor’s QC Manager, Supervisor, Lead Auditors & QC Inspectors.
• Responsible for Quality Control of all Mechanical Piping, Welding, HVAC/Plumbing & Installation activities.
• All Welding inspections of Steel Structures ( AWS D 1.1) & Piping ( ASME B 31.1, B 31.3 & 31.9). Bulk plant tanks, pipe lines & loading skid piping system inspections, Buildings & U/G facilities developments inspections.
• Design reviews & approvals for Project Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans (SATIP / SAIC).
• Co-ordination with Project Management Team (PMT) for site inspections, technical instructions, waivers and queries.

QA Support during Design and Engineering (Hull, Piping & Equipments): Provide input / Review during Engineering design and ensure that Quality, Inspection and Test requirements are included in the project specification / equipment specification. Prepare / Review specification related to QA/QC for vendor packages. Review Material specification and ensure that QA/QC requirements and test requirements are covered. Mechanical testing, chemical analysis, Sour service, Hardness, Non Destructive Examination, Post weld Heat Treatment. Review Welding specification and ensure that following requirements are covered: Test requirement for Procedure qualification, Special test requirement like PMI / HIC / SSCC, Weld process, Welding positions, Welder Qualification, Welding codes ASME Sec IX for piping, AWS D1.1 for Structural. Review NDE - RT /UT /MPI /LPT specification, PWHT/ Hardness specification and ensure that code requirement and safety requirement are covered. Review test specification like Hydro test, Leak test and ensure that ASME B31.3

Design review comments on Boiler oil firing system, flue gas cleaning system, cooling air system, condensate drain & return system Boiler blowdown system and feed water makeup system.
Supervising and inspecting all installations of associated equipments of Boilers (6 No’s) and Desal units (10 Evaporators) and their systems. Boiler mountings like steam drums, down commers, superheaters, Economizer, supply tubes and integral piping.
HP & LP Steam lines welding ( SMAW, GTAW & FCAW ) inspections and NDT tests of all weld joints (PT, RT, MT) of Multi-stage flash desalination units. Vacuum structure and de-aerator system, condesate system, seawater and Brine re-circulation system.

Inspecting and Supervising all HVAC, Mechanical Piping Works and Installations of Air Handling Units, Split Air Conditioning Units, Fan Coil Units, Chillers ”Carrier” Condensing Unit, Ductworks, Centrifugal Exhaust Fans and Air Volume Balancing Chilled water balancing, Smoke Removal Operation and Testing and Commissioning of all HVAC Systems. And also Installation of Pumps, Fire Protection Systems( Halon 1301, Foam solution & Sprikler) Nitrogen System, Compressed Air System and Erection of Ingersoll Rand Compressors, Chilled Water Circulation for AHUs & FCUs, Potable Water System, Fuel Distribution and Sewage Network. Pressure Testing of Fresh Air Ducts including Valves.

Full In-charge for inspection and Quality Control of Welding jobs ( Standars ASME B 31.1, B 31.3, B 31.9 & AWS D1.1) such as Pressure Vessels, T-covers, Lube oil tanks, Fabricated channels and Pipe joints.
Inspections of Lube oil tanks, Lube oil pumps, Gearbox assembly of Compartment chamber, Fan Motor, Manifold assembly & Rotor Mechanism of NST-58 project.
