Review material submittal and shop drawings.

Client/consultant and strictly advise & prevent re-occurrence.
Handling all Mep subcontractor for completing of work on site.
Analysed project specifications, developed work schedules, and delegated tasks to
different teams.
Completed blueprint designs using CAD software and created appropriate adjustments
once the client and other engineers have seen them.
Formulated materials submittal, RFI/IRS, Method statements for consultant approval.
Assessed, prepared bill of quantities (B.O.Q) by referring to the specification.
Followed - up with vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors for timely execution and delivery
of ordered items.
Ensured that all engineering and manufacturing processes are in keeping with the health
and safety regulations of the state and the country.
Conducted research on field developments and networking with other engineers and
professionals. Safeguarded that each project stays within the allocated budget and
timeframe. Scheduled meetings and training sessions when necessary.
Ensured that staff remains motivated by implementing feasible incentives and regular
team-building sessions.
Handily consultant, subcontractor and company man power for installation and executtion of the work on site as per plan and specifications. making approvals for drawings and material from the consultant.
