• Working with SIEMENS plc’s step-7 200, 300, 1200, 1500 series configuration using application software’s step-7 MicroWin and MicroWin Smart, Simatic Manager and TIA .
• PLC program developing and trouble shooting of SIEMENS plc’s.
• Commissioning and trouble shooting of SIEMENS ac drives and ac servo drives.
• Developing of SIEMENS SCADA and HMI for required application.
• Establishing communication between PLC to PLC, SCADA, HMI, DRIVES and field devices by using Profinet, Profibus and Modbus protocols.
• Onsite faultfinding and logic modifications as per customer requirement.
• Developing report generation system with Visual Studio 2010.
• Testing and commissioning of plc controls panel.
• Leading projects, planning to installation and commissioning stage.
• Perform efficiency testing to ensure all the systems are running at their peak.
• Train client employees on the use of plc run-lines.
