Presently Working as Quantity surveyor in cost control department & also as technical engineer at Saudi binladin group (sacodeco) at "king Saud bin Abdul Aziz university for health and science haras al watani Riyadh from august2011 to till date.
Responsibilities:
Calculate the total quantities of materials required for executing project on site with the help of ID drawings, SHOP drawings, IFC drawings etc
weekly making the quantities for the executed work on site to check the weekly progress on site
Checking quantities and approving bills for the sub-contractors.
Making variation order reports for damaged work on site
Calculate the quantities for each activity on site like block work, gypsum board partitions, false ceiling, false partitions, screed work, types of flooring (terrazoflooring, carpet flooring, rubber flooring, linoleum flooring, marble flooring etc), wall ceramic in all wet areas, cement board work, skirting around flooring work, epoxy paint flooring work in mechanical areas, different types of paint work, etc..
Monthly calculating the quantities of executed work for payment bills
Making shop drawings with full details for executing work on site
Making full details of elevations of drawing, correct dimensions of drawings with the help of AutoCAD to properly execute the work on site
(1year Indian experience+ 1year and 8months of gulf experience)
