Plans marketing activities for the Company's existing properties.
•Oversees the development of the annual marketing and communications plans.
•Is responsible for the execution of all marketing activities at the Company.
•Develops and institutionalizes marketing, leasing, communications and PR policies and procedures and know-how-to-day.
•Develops and institutionalizes the Company's marketing intelligence and market research capabilities.
•Provides input on Marketing and Leasing requirements to Development Planning during the planning stages of a project.

• Encoding all the day to day activities of each and every salesman to the
system and helping the sales executives improve their productivity and spend
more time selling .
• Preparing weekly client report for the perusal of higher level management.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients and management at all
levels.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems. Maintain timekeeping and
personnel records
