- Responsible for all aspects of the supply Chain (Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Logistics, Fleet & Customer relations)
- Participate in creating demand planning forecast
- Develop the demand planning process.
- Lead weekly SOP meeting, reviewing commercial sales forecasts to submit the company weekly plan.
- Revise the plan and send our requirements on Quarter Basis to Purchasing dep. To fulfill it.
- Manage inventory levels based on company’s sales forecast and product run rate.
- Build a strong relationship with supplier based on mutual and agreed KPI’s for performance improvement.
- Cooperate and align with finance department about the terms of payments, discounts & incentives for supplier & customers
- Coordinate with IT Department about the ERP System launching and to create reports according to our needs.
- Training our team about how to use the ERP System & the new reports to get our work easier.
- Assure with our teams to implement the ERP System.
- Overseeing stock control and processing orders.
- Maintain inventory control for safety stock.
- Keeping stock control systems up to date.
- Planning future capacity requirements.
- Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and
invoicing information.
- Design and implement material flow process and measure warehouse staff performance.
- Implement the company distribution planning for different suppliers to different customers per week
- Follow up with procurement department clearance process achieving the minimum lead time as well as shipments cost control and quality and control the custom clearance budgets vs. actual.
- Initiate, monitor and control supply chain department target and follow up the updates, make sure we realigned with the budget.
- Monitoring on all Tender warehouses which related to medicines and medical supplies cover all North& West of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to all tenders related to (SGH, MODA, MOH & NUPCO)
- Distribute for More than 30 customer & Location,
o All Medical Supply Centers for the MOH in (Jeddah, Mekkah, Baha, Qounfoza, laith, Tabouk & Ta’ef)
o All Medical Supply Centers for the MOE in (Jeddah, Mekkah, Baha, Qounfoza, laith, Tabouk & Ta’ef)
o All the military Hospital at (Jeddah, Makkah, Taif & Tabouk)
o National Guards Hospitals
o The main Medical City (King Abdullah Medical City at Mekkah)
o All specialist Hospitals ( King Fisal Specialist, Nour Specialist)
o All University Hospital( King Abdul Aziz University, Om Quora University, Ta’ef University & Baha University)
Responsible for the implementation of the Warehouse Management System on the site Keep and control all the incoming and outgoing Medicines and Medical supplies items as all movements (Receiving storage, and delivering). Adequate to meet the company policy and procedures.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Report directly to Tender Warehouse Manager
- Responsible for manage all Tender warehouses which related to medicines and medical supplies cover all tenders related to (SGH, MODA, MOH & NUPCO) for More than 30 customer & Location.
- Lead operation team formed from 2 Supervisor, 1 Store Keeper and 10 Workers.
- Manage accurate inventory control and conduct periodic audits by ERP system & cards system for audit purpose.
- Give order for Supervisors & Store Keeper how to arrange warehouse.
- Ensure the site Warehouse targets are achieved within agreed budget and timeline.
- Motivate, training and develop Warehouse staff to deliver their respective targets consistently through successful implementation of company strategies and tools..
- Analyze and interpret Warehouse standards programs and practices to support the business.
- Develop and implement warehousing operations plans, policies and procedures in line with Production strategy in order to achieve the materials consumption plan.
- Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures through supervision of the site Warehouse objectives, manage the site performance, development and motivation of employees in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to internal customers on warehousing issues and ensure effective coordination of the Warehouse activities with other departments in order to support the achievement of production objectives.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key suppliers, delivery companies and other outside bodies in order to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehousing operation.
- Ensure the effective planning and development of the storage facility in order to ensure the integrity of goods and material supply to the production process and support the achievement of the highest standards of warehousing provision.
- Attend weekly and monthly Management Meetings in order to liaise and communicate on operational issues with other departments and to ensure that planned and actual warehousing operational activities meet the needs of the production process on an ongoing basis.
- Create a tidy, clean and safe warehouse.
- Enforce the implementation of GDP, GSP and EHS standards at the warehouse in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Create and update standard operating procedure SOPs
- Conduct and Preparation for ISO and different customers, GQA, internal & external audits
- Implement GPS and lean warehouse required standers..
- Prepare reports for Supply Chain for stock movement and report of slow and fast items and the defected.
- Send the overtimes and vacations and notifications to the HR.
- Communicate with Collection department & provide them with the final receive voucher from the clients to can collect the vouchers value.

- To provide and support Professional, Technical, Scientific, Statistical & Measurable skills necessary to coordinate and facilitate Operational Standardization, Planning & Development, Identifying opportunities for Cost Reduction, Space Utilization management and Analysis for process improvements. Coordinate & Support for the implementation of Line Manager's decisions in team building and motivating Inventory Control Team towards facilitating the operations of the various projects. The steering Team reviews/analyzes the work of all projects to tackle and implement improvement strategies ensuring improvement support in all operations through a defined scientific approach.
- Facilitating QA guidelines and policies adherence by evaluation and support to the Line staff and project personnel.
- Coordinates and assists Warehousing Departments to develop and integrate Operational or cost control programs by assisting with program/software development, data collection and analysis
- Plan and coordinate improvement activities to optimize on utilization, productivity and cost effectiveness throughout Warehousing & Operations.
- Conducts analysis and provides recommendations that identify best areas for the improvement of Warehousing Operations & its structure.
- Forecasts and analyzes Operational needs/trends to facilitate the Operations, develops & distributes various reports to the Line Manager with understanding the Utilization and cost efficiencies.
- Provide Fixed Reports (daily/Monthly). ((Utilization/Occupancy/Productivities/KPIs))
- Lead cycle count and Control its data, Generate & print all count documents - Analyze Cycle Count Data and provide Short/Gain List & Accuracy Result (Locations/Qty)
- Perform system update after finishing the cycle count
- Support Inventory Controllers to facilitate any task to be done on MS Excel and ensure providing the accurate data all the time.
- Provide customized reports requested by operation management to support decision making.
- Writing Programs using VBA language to support employees to perform their tasks on Excel quickly with least effort & ensuring complete accuracy at the same time.
- Ensure proper defining of margins, overhead charges and retail variances by brand in compliance with franchise agreements.
- Lead the Monthly, quarter & yearly Inventory cycle count for all customers
- Process and validate inventory transactions, ensure as well to receive the supplier credit notes on a timely manner after reviewing and confirming the available data
- Make sure all transactions are processed and validated prior to cycle count date as
well as download and submit data related to local inventory count to the Senior Specialist for analysis
- Manage and update devolutions and merchandise returning's to supplier
- Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes to ensure continuous system
update with stock level upon receipt of shipments
- Process local change of prices and season transactions onto JDE and export related
information to the shops’ POS
- Guarantee timely submission of local monthly and closing stock data along with
adequate justifications

-Oversee and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations to ensure efficient and effective inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall logistics processes.
-Monitor and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of supply chain activities.

• Daily Reconciliation For The Stock On (SAP) System VS Exceed System.
• Updating (Hold /Release) Status for the Stock as Per Customer Request.
• Create the Inbound & the Outbound Orders (Replenishment) for the customer on system.
• Furnishing Monthly/Weekly Inventory Balance/Expiry reports to the clients.
- Responsible of 24 warehouseman.
- Reviews and assigns the delegated tasks for the day, received by the Shift Supervisor onto the Warehousemen.
- Reverts with suggestions, on any probable clashes and evinced constraints in schedule to the Shift Supervisor.
- Provides back up for the Shift Supervisor in the event of his non availability (prolonged or brief) in matters of coordination with the Scheduler, the Warehouse Manager and Ops Cell.
- Interacts with the drivers, should further verification of their credentials and the shipment, be required, and Reviews their documents for anomalies, if any.
- Monitors the warehousemen activities minutely and ensures capture of time taken and staff involved per transaction and SKU as the case may be. Provides detailed report on this to the Shift Supervisor on the TOS.
- Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP’s and the IMS Procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Shift Supervisor.
- Ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s under his purview.
- Supervises and delegates housekeeping tasks regularly for optimum space utilization.
