Support telecommunication billing system installed on ZAIN KUWAIT as:
Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware and software interfaces with the operating system. Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs.
Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities.
Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.

- TCS 7.1 - OCS 3.0 Integration project on China (Shenzen)
- Support TABS 7.1 for go live at AirTel Naigeria
Working as a team member at Service Delivery Group (SDG) team on Telecommunication Department
SDG Team is responsible for Develop, Customize and add new requirement at Huge System specified for Telecommunications Billing System called (TABS) Telecommunication Administration and Billing System
