Process Audit:

 Carries out Process Audit of the production line as per Process Audit checklist and follow up for closure of non-conformances.
 To Conduct ESD audit and follow up for closure of non-conformances.
 To Carry out Operator skill audit and follow up for closure of non-conformances.
 To Carry out Calibration Audit and follow up for closure of non-conformances.
 Participate in the Daily DPU meetings & Send the necessary reports to Group Members.
 To work with Different groups during New Model Launch and verifying documents.

OQC Inspection:

 Carries out finished product Inspection as per the sampling Plan and Procedure.
 Verifying the product aesthetic as per standards.
 To Initiate the Corrective Actions for the OOB defects by taking up the issue with the concerned.
 Monitor the Rework process & maintain the records if any.
 Maintain all records as per Quality Record Master List.
 To carry out the unit reliability and battery reliability tests as per the plan
