• Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports.

• Ensuring the preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical,
electrical, and other installed systems are being carried out up to standards.
• Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations.
• Facilitate meeting between owners/tenants/clients to ensure complaints are
resolved and work alongside to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend action(s) to be taken.
• Comply and ensure all TPI, DM and DCD compliance.
• Monitor the AMC contractor's day to day operation and confirm the job done on agreed standards and SLAs.
• Ensuring the service providers complete the PPM as schedule and approved.
• Ensuring the job completion upon approved BOQ and standards.
• Monitoring utility and energy consumption
• Highlight processes related to risk and provide alternative secured methods as per HSEQ policy.
• Daily site inspections.
• Worked as a team member for designing and drawing a schematic drawing of the electric circuit of a switchgear panel and implement that drawing in AUTOCAD electrical.
• Tested and troubleshoot the panel to investigate the desired output from it and made a detailed final report of the code and the system.
• Quality testing of manufactured products such as contactor's, relays, and starters.
