• Managed weekly scheduling and slot booking for heavy vehicles including Cranes, Trailers, Pickups, and Forklifts

movements.
• Prepared and distributed Daily Client Reports summarising activity status, progress, and exceptions.
• Provided on-site support to the Rigging Team during lifting and material handling operations.
• Ensured all critical activities were supervised by the Logistics and Transport Supervisor at all times in compliance
with safety protocols.
• Coordinated with vendors on vehicle and resource availability, tracking status and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Submitted daily closing reports to the client via email detailing: Jobs Completed, Work in Progress, and
Rescheduled Activities.
Site Administration:
• Managed day-to-day general administration for the site team, including maintaining staff attendance records,
leave tracking, and timesheets for submission to management.
• Coordinated site induction and access documentation for new personnel, ensuring all workers held valid gate
passes and site-entry clearances prior to mobilisation.
• Acted as the primary point of contact for administrative liaison between the site team and the clients office,
managing correspondence, filing, and document control for site-related records.

• Managed accounts for 60+ clients covering Inward and Outward Monthly Supplies.
• Processed accounting entries including contracts, payments, and receipts.
• Handled GST Filing, return management, and notices & proceedings.
• Prepared and filed Sales Tax returns and maintained accurate financial records.
