• Creating quotes and booking orders in Oracle for different parts of HPE(Hewlett Packard enterprise)
Products.
• Creating return material authorization (RMA) across U S region for Arrow electronics company.
• Leading a team of 13 people of six different teams which includes (Process specialist, Process associates)
• Conducting appraisals on a half yearly basis.
• Preparing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for the error’s received by the team.
• Creating dashboards on a monthly and quarterly basis and taking one on one with team members on
Monthly basis.
• We deal with HPE(Hewlett Packard enterprise) products (Servers, Storage devices, processors,
Harddisk drives etc.
• Working knowledge on SAP Material Management (Business One) for procurement.
• Reviewing and processing quotations to ensure timely order submission and negotiating costs.
• Delivery schedules and contract terms.
• Monitoring and updating the items, maintaining RFQ and PO.
• Creating a purchase order in lieu with the quotation received.
• Exposure to different processes of supply chain management.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and the go-to person in the team for any process/ operations; assist team members with day to day issues to enable them to meet agreed SLAs and productivity targets.
• Involved in reporting work data analysis of different consumer packaged goods (CPG) and FMCG industries on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Preparing scorecard/metrics for team on monthly basis to measure the individual performance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
