Internal Projects: Developed a social selling methodology named K-Pursuit to reach out to boutique consulting firms and onboard them. Set up CRM and project management systems to streamline internal operations. Successfully on-boarded 200 firms on the ecosystem and engaged them actively. Set up deal pipelines and actively tracked engagement of these firms through the CRM. Supported with proposals in oil & gas, retail and education sectors.


Establishment of Legal Institute in the GCC: Led the set-up of a legal education institute in the region. Managed the implementation of the CRM and e-learning systems, trained the team on systems and internal processes, and recruited students and faculty. CRM allowed to effectively manage student lifecycles. The company currently has 4 faculty members and 30 students, and is currently expanding to India.

Business Process Re-engineering for a Free Zone in the U.A.E: Part of a team that delivered a project to re-engineer the free zone’s business processes. Conducted interviews with various stakeholders and developed Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 policies and procedures for them.

Lean Service Training: Supported with the delivery of a lean service training program to a reputed bank in Dubai. Facilitated workshops, managed the client relationship, and developed lean refresher programs to implement within the company.

Job Creation Commission, KSA: Conducted a benchmarking study for the Saudi Job Creation Commission to introduce vocational education in the region. Carried out research on macroeconomic and industry trends and benchmarked against countries such as Australia, Singapore and the U.A.E.

3Quarter: Carried out a market analysis for a company that specializes in VFX in the region to identify strategic partnerships that could enable the organization to grow. Identified and closed three deals for the client over three months
