• Meet and greet customers
• Quoted and issued the final invoices for customers to provide them with the needed
parts.
• Generated a daily/weekly/monthly report stating the sales value to compare it with
target and registering the lost sales in the system, also in addition co-operating with
workshop to control the WIP in daily basis and clear any open sales in the system.
• Acquire new customer and enhance customer retention through consultation on
customer needs and advise them on needs and requirement.
• Ensure and closure of sale/order reservations to optimize stock level & revenue &
mitigate the risk of financial loss on daily basis.
• Updated workshop requisitions in order to ensure parts of completed jobs are picked
up by workshop.
• Provided workshops with daily ETA reports.
• coordinate with job controller, service advisor and workshop supervisor on status of
parts, it’s availability, quotation, order/arrival and ensure timely progress update of
vehicle to customer and to maintain the on-time-delivery commitment.
• Arranged and coordinated the display of products in the branch in order to attract,
market and acquire new clients.
• Assisted & advised customers about products specification to support customer’s
decision in order to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve financial objectives by upselling, discount control and promote accessories to
meet monthly revenue target.
• Ensured optimal stock in Branch, with co-operation with branch storekeeper and
monitor all stock transfer in daily basis.
• Coordinated and co-operated with PSSR team to attract and gain new customer, and
opened new customer in order to build customer’s data base.
• Called customers on regular base to ensure consistent relations with the company.
