Construction of Residential & Commercial G+5 Building with associated Infrastructure networks and landscape works

 Reviewing the project in depth and understands what will be needed along the way prior to beginning the project.
 Identify the requirement of work force, materials and equipments as per the program.
 Following up submissions and approvals of required shop drawing and material submittal.
 Following up the required NOC’s with different authorities.
 Supervising the project and determine that the job is being done correctly.
 Coordinate with consultant and management; implement and ensure the development is done as per specification and design standards with quality.
 Keep tabs on the progress of the construction job and ensure that it is being completed in a correct manner.
 Apply and supervise the equipments at site.
 Apply cost and evaluation techniques and calculation to ensure that project cost is kept to the minimum without losing quality.
 Responsible for handling complaints or problems along the way.
 Ensure compliance with safety code and building code regulations.
 Organize frequently meetings for the coordination and following up.
 Check the progress of works in weekly bases and compare it with the approved construction program. Inform the Planning Engineer for necessary program updates.
