modification from head office at Jeddah and preparing design and finishing packages

I work for commercial buildings and residential buildings
and coordinating between (architectural-structural-electrical- mechanical-civil defense ) and then approve from municipality
and working for all permissions for electrical and water company and all permits then make a final package to the owner

participates in architectural design activities for projects in the design center.i closely work with project teams on the development schematic designs, detailed designs and tender documents which accommodate the requirements of the client, local authorities, architectural standards, and codes of practice and the requirements of other disciplines.

Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Using the construction “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
Developing architecture in line with client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
Keep within budgets and timelines
Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
Follow architectural trends and advancements
Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD and BIM) applications
