Responsibilities handled as Sr.Material Egineer and Project Engineer
• Review and understand the scope o of the project Thorough understanding about the project scope and BOQ. List down the material and Schule the Material Submission as per Lead time and project schedule. Internal and Externa (Main Contractor / Supplier) co-ordination with regards to design issues and other related issues with concern to the project. Co-ordination ith the main contractor and project managers and arrangement of co ordination and design meetings and to attend such meetings as may be required Document issue for material take off as soon as approval is received or as instructed by the Senior Project or Design Manager in case of proceeding with material allocation prior approval. Co-ordination with Sub contracto / Supplier / Applic: or for the delivery as per the project requirement. Preparation and implement: n of project execution plan at through deployment, guidance & monitoring of the subordinates and labors. Ensuring all documentation and submittals rel ed to projects are prepared and submitted for approval on time. Att nd discus: ons with consultant and main contractor to reso ve and proceed in all nd progress rel d issues at site. Resource forecasting & material coordination on day to day and long-term basis. Internal and external coordination to ensure the availability & supply of raw materials on Coordination with QA/QC personnel to ensure the approval of all installed elements. identification of variation activities. Notify and get approval before start of work Ensurin monthly targets are achieved and invoices are submitted payment follows up. Responsible personnel of the organization at site.
1. Reviewing Contract documents including IFC drawings, Specification Etc.
2. Preparing Method Statement / Operation and Maintenance Manual’s / safety Manual’s for the job.
3. Presentation of Material Sample Board for Client with Technical Data Sheets to get Approval of the materials prior to Procurement for the Project.
4. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
5. Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
6. Review of Project Specification & Site Procedure including HSE.
7. Receive approved construction drawings from the Consultant / Main Contractor and co-ordinate the same with design team.

9. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
10. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
11. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
12. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site;
13. Preparing reports as required;
14. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
15. Maintain balanced inventory of raw-materials and consumables during project execution at Site.
16. Explaining the scope of work & sequence of Erection to foreman.
17. Manage Work Force assigned for the Project at Site.
18. Document any Variation at Site W.r.t Drawings / Site Condition and update the same with respective department.
19. Manage Site Documents like RFI / DLR / DPR / Weekly Progress Report.
20. Obtaining Work approval through IR Document from Client for Work Completed.
21. Engage in Billing Activities & Follow up of the same until Hand - Over.
