I ALSO USED THE STAFF IN DIFFERENT SHIFTS ACCORDING TO THEIR CAPABILITIES AND AS PER THE REQUIREMENT OF THE COMPANY KEEPING IN VIEW OF THE GOODWILL OF THE COMPANY BECAUSE GOODWILL OF ANY COMPANY IS NOT MADE IN DAYS BUT IT TAKES MONTHS/YEARS BUT DESTROYS IN SECONDS.
BESIDES THE ABOVE FUNCTIONS I ALSO CONDUCTED HIRING/TRAINING OF STAFF/WEEKLY BRIEFING/ SUPERVISED RECEPTION/ HOUSEKEEPING/SECURITY STAFF/LAUNDRY MAINTENANCE ETC.
I NEVER SAT ON MY SEAT BUT SPENT MOST OF THE TIME ON THE RECEPTION ATTENDING THE GUESTS OR ON THE FLOORS SUPERVISING HOUSEKEEPING STAFF AND MAINTENANCE ETC.
