• Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations at the Minister’s Office.

• Plan and oversee the execution of a compliant and accurate auditing process.
• Report auditing findings and assist in resolving them.
• Submit reports in a timely manner for further analysis by management.
• Meet with management and stakeholders to address issues and discuss findings & audit outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance to management on how to handle new opportunities.
• Represent the Ministry of Interior in committees such as The Arabic Anti-Corruption Agreement and The Bureau of Experts.
• Building and developing project plan and documents with the most optimum results.
• Identifying project requirements and managing project constrains (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources).
• Managing and ensuring project team know-how and execute their roles to meet project requirements.
• Maintaining project baselines and milestones completion and monitoring performance variation to take the required action.
• Controlling project quality and metrics.
• Presenting internal projects status review and reports to senior management and escalates once needed.
• Leading proposal team (technical department, procurements, finance and contract) to build business proposal package in optimum way.
• Preparing and Evaluating with Finance and Contracts the complete proposal package before submission to potential clients.
