1.Perform the tasks of reviewing of technical documents and procedures to identify the required materials
2.Responsible for vendors’ selection
3.Responsible for preparing material master and vendor master
4.Responsible for preparing request for quotation for vendors
5.Responsible for making comparison statement for offers
6.Responsible for material approval from consultant or client
7.Assigned responsibilities of preparing procurement documents and supply chain management
8.Responsible for negotiating pricing, handling terms and agreement of material warranty, and discount with vendors.
9.Handle the tasks of developing key strategy for procurement that meets the procurement compliance standard
10.Responsible for issue PO & follow up logistics and supply chain
11.Coordinating meetings to discuss project requirements and scope of work with the various departments.
12.Issuing work orders and scheduling work to the sub-contractors.
13.Inspecting the work in progress
performed by sub-contractors on assigned construction projects.
14.Communicating on-going work schedules and project progress with requesting departments.
15.Supervising lower level employees as required.
16.Performing other related duties as assigned.

* Planning and coordinating various procedures concerning in an organization.
* Delivering quality engineering production solutions in learned response to development, manufacturing, and operational needs.
* Planning, determining, coordinating, and controlling the processes concerning to production
* Preparing the Manpower and Machinery requirement report.
* Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team.
* Implementing project schedules and plans in a timely effective manner.
* Taking initiation and directing various procedures to increase final outcome of the organization.
* Directing the production team members and introducing efficient methods of production line.
* Identifying risk mitigation actions and risks.
* Preparing the Hourly Monitoring and Daily Efficiency reports.
* Checking the drawings of the various components of the Injection mold.
* Inspecting the Molds after Machining.
* Checking the drawings of the various sparking electrodes.
* Inspecting the Electrodes for EDM Sparking.
* Preparing the Inspection reports.
