Sales & Development Manger
From June 2003 to present:
Sales Development Manager reporting to Manager Director, Planning yearly BP, Revenue Growth, Margin & Market share growth strategy.
Creates Annual Business Development Plan aligned with firm’s vision and business strategy.
Develops and implements strategic Marketing Plan to achieve goals.
Sets target teams to implement the business plan and responsibilities for targeting teams according to market segmentation plan.
Reviews and evaluates proposals and pricing strategy by channel (OBPPC).
Reviews Action Plan and coordinates with Client Targeting Team to follow up proposal progress status.
Performs the level of analysis necessary to produce solutions that satisfy client requirements.
Reviews, studies and discusses Feasibility Report prepared by the Marketing Intelligence Team with the Board of Directors.

From April 1997-June 2003
General Trade (direct distribution) duties include coaching team of truck salesman, Route riding in the field, training and coverage plans for potentials and Activate outlets.
Doing surveys in the market to find sales opportunities (I T M O) 3 times weekly.
Completed every dealer survey (E.D.S) of 3500 outlets in co-operation With Coca-Cola Gulf and divide the routs with maps geographically as areas for each salesman routs.
Next we have revised the structure to be pre-sellers which is show more modern by getting the order using small care and the delivery next day, that has given us more coverage in the market and controlling the market potentials, reduced the credit and outstanding.
