Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Record daily financial transactions, including general ledger entries.
2. Accounts Management
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Perform customer and supplier reconciliations.
3. Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
Address and resolve discrepancies.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets.
5. Tax Compliance
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time.
6. Payroll Processing
Prepare and process employee payroll.
Maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
7. Audit Support
Collaborate with external and internal auditors.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
8. Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Provide detailed reports for management decision-making.
9. Policy Adherence
Ensure all financial activities comply with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.
Implement and adhere to internal financial controls and procedures.
10. Procurement and Vendor Management
Oversee procurement processes, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
UAE-specific regulations, especially VAT compliance and WPS (Wage Protection System).
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Soft Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems).
