- Guide clients through the different processes in their relationship with the firm: opening of account, daily servicing and guidance on products.
- Execute clients’ buy and sell orders.
- Follow-up on pending orders to confirm executed deals and confirm all executed trades to the clients.
- Stay up to date with the firm’s fundamental and technical analysis reports as well as daily markets news to enable proper fulfillment of clients’ inquiries regarding market updates.
- Update client records and documentation.
- Ensure that trading activities comply with the market’s regulations and the firm's policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with EFSA and Corporate Actions rules and regulations.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- The management of the portfolio of customers is good for the benefit of customers.
- Exploiting the opportunities available on the Egyptian Stock Exchange and the UAE and Saudi Stock Exchanges.
- Study and analysis of news in the MENA.
- Work on creating new relationships in the MENA.
- Speaking with colleagues, making phone calls and making instant decisions;
- Making prices in their relevant products;
- Executing trades electronically or by phones
- Liaising with sales traders/clients on market movements
- Identifying issues affecting clients
- Developing client relationships and presenting ideas to clients
- Executing trades and securing deals with new clients;
- Keeping market-making traders informed of relevant issues with their customers and products
- Obtaining market prices from market-making traders and executing the trade
