• Perform routine inspection as per RFI, ITP, QCP, Project specifications & approved drawings.
• Control the work activities in accordance with approved drawing plans, work procedure and project’s specifications requirements.
• Preparation of Instrumentation quality control documents as per QCP & ITP for Instrumentation works.
• Performing material inspection and ensuring as per approved design.
• Preparation of calibration, installation acceptance, testing and commissioning reports.
• Review of all Instrumentation drawings related to scope of project work.
• Raising NCR violated against specification. Suggesting for correct action follow up closely and closing the NCR.
• Verify the test equipment and devices used in the project meets the required specifications as per project requirements, standard, testing accordance with the procedures.
• Ensuring “Safety Permit” while working on energized area prior for inspection.
• Handled the Inspections of installation, testing & commissioning of various instruments used in the plant.
• Travelling to all the assigned international site locations for field services.
• Site commissioning for the MPFM unit and conducting the SAT.
• Well testing and creating well test report for the client.
• Reporting the test progress to the Field service manager and Well test supervisor.
• Assembling the MPFM unit in the factory and conducting the FAT.
• Conducting the Pre-FAT commissioning.
• Burning the HEX programs inside the microprocessors.
• Material receiving inspection for the incoming materials in factory.
• Review of the Engineering design packages.
• Interaction and Coordination with other Engineering disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical and Civil).
• Proposing new designs in CAD and 3D models.
• Installation of Instruments (PIT, TIT, FIT, MOV and Gauges) at the site.
• Coordinating with SAUDI ARAMCO’s PMT (Project Management Team) and PID (Project Inspection Department).
• Coordinating the construction with QA/QC Department and raising the RFI’s and ECR’s.
• Implementation of Construction according to the designed IFC packages and implementing it as per Saudi ARAMCO’s standards.
• COMMISSIONING of the well site for all the instrumentation.
• Loop check of Instruments during PRE-COMMISSIONING with respect to SCADA System.
• Preparation of Weekly progress report and submitting to the Project Manager.
• Preparation of the As-built documentation and drawings.
• Managing a team of Supervisors and Foreman.
• Monitoring the progress of the well-site.
• Preparation of MSR (Material Supply Requests) as per the requirement at the Drill-site.
• Coordinated and performed maintenance and calibrations.
• Managing a team of Technicians.
• Performed preventive maintenance of the Instruments on Process Platform.
• Loop check of Instruments with respect to SCADA.
• Calibration of Transmitters - Temperature, Flow, Level, Pressure.
• Regular coordination of Instrument readings with respect to SCADA on the Un-man X-mas tree platform.
• Operation of Switches - Temperature, Flow, Level, and Pressure.
• Assisted test engineers in Well head testing on the Un-man Offshore Platform.
• Reviewing the design/shop drawings.
• Ordering the required material as per specification.
• Assisted in DCS programming inside the Central Control Room.
• Coordinating with other trades - Civil, mechanical to avoid repetitive work.
• Preparing weekly progress report and submitting to Project manager and highlighting the problems affecting the progress.
• Preparing the back charges for the damaged materials and submitting it to Project manager.
• Highlighting the problems in the drawings by raising RFI and ECR.
• Getting approval from consultant for executed work through inspection ticket.
